About this time last year, I saw something in the newspaper announcing that David Sedaris would be at Flint Center in Cupertino in April. Sam and I had seen him read once before a couple of years ago, and we were terribly excited at the prospect of seeing him a second time. Funniest. Person. Ever.
Sam and I spent this past Saturday volunteering at Family Giving Tree. Family Giving Tree collects gifts on behalf of 200 Bay Area social service organizations, which in turn distibute these gifts to over 55,000 needy children, seniors, and special needs adults in the area.
