The unintended irony of the poorly-used quotation marks is not lost on me...

I suppose it wasn't fair of me to grab my camera while Mr. Lopez was outside, but I don't think it was fair of Sears to deliver 1) a scratched refrigerator, 2) the wrong refrigerator, or 3) a refrigerator with a broken compressor. I'm talking three separate ones here...
