That's Ms. Killer Customer Care Award Winner to you!

Oh, yes...I do love it when people sing my praises. I can't help it.

I had the most delightful surprise today. I was checking my stats for the day, getting an idea of how people reach my site, when I saw a "from" link I was not familiar with.

When I followed the link, I saw that the lovely Lori Davis of Davis Virtual Assistants had some awfully nice things to say about me.

Lori and have a client in common. I recently designed a site for someone and she recently started as a VA for that same client. I answered a few questions for Lori about the way I had setup the site so she could make updates and such. You know, the kind of thing I would expect someone to do for me if I was in that position.

Allow me to quote:

What I admire and appreciate out Shari -- besides her obvious talent -- is that's she's always willing to respond to my novice questions, even in the midst of serious deadlines on her end. Her responses are always timely and spot-on and always tinged with humor.

I'm glad she said tinged with humor instead of tinged with crankiness. Because that is more accurate, I'm sure.

I'm terribly flattered, and I hope I can make through the door to go upstairs in a bit. My head is awfully big right now.
