I really appreciate Keith Robinson's Don't Be an Asshole post. More than I can possibly express right now.

It was just what I needed to read, as I struggle with a client who is making me wonder if I am "too fair" and "too flexible." More on that later...in the meantime I will continue to (1)spew bile, (2)bang my head against the wall, and (3)repeat.
